God removes to replace.

“Hey, it’s okay. Just run back to Him, though. You feel shame? Run back to Him. You feel embarrassed? Run back to Him. You feel like it’s been too long since you’ve been at his feet? Run back to Him. You feel unworthy? Run back to Him. You feel like there’s no chance that he would ever even want to see you at his feet? Just go back to Him. You do not have to earn his affection; it has already been given freely to you. Just run back to Him.”

God doesn’t want you to settle.

“You’re not just a couple. You’re each other’s spiritual surveillance. When I’m weak, she prays. When she’s weak, I pray. When I’m blind, she binds the devil out of me. When she’s blind, I know her cover spots. And I pray, and I cover over her. I’m not just here to protect her body; I’m here to cover her in prayer too. And in the same way, she’s not here to just support my dreams. She’s there to intercede for me when I’m blind and I have blind spots.”

Because what if your struggle is just God bragging about you? God saying, ‘You can test that one. That one ain’t shaking. That one’s faithful through every circumstance.’

“I don’t think people realise that it does go two ways. It’s not just a woman submitting to you; it’s a man submitting as well. It’s the reason God made Adam out of Adam’s rib. God didn’t make Eve from the head of Adam because he didn’t want her to have agency over him. He also didn’t make Eve out of the feet of Adam because he didn’t want a man to trample on a woman. Do you understand what a rib actually means in your body, and what it does? It protects vital organs; it protects your heart. It gives you stability; it helps with your posture, so a woman can hold you up. God gave Adam a helpmate; it’s not just a woman cooking, cleaning and things like that. When women see that you’re making an irrational decision or something impulsive, God gave them intuition; he gave them an intuitive nature to see beyond the things that men can’t see. So she can be your counsel; she can come to you and say, ‘Baby, well, we shouldn’t do this’, and as a leader who has humility, you shouldn’t be prideful because humility is the antidote to pride. You should be able to submit to your wife and listen to her. It’s not saying that she’s governing all of your decisions; it’s her saying, ‘Baby, I see things that you can’t see. I’m looking at the future. I know that you’re protecting me right here, but it’s the reason why God made me your rib, because I’m protecting your heart from the things you can’t see. The enemies who are placed in front of you, the devil that’s placed in front of you’ “.

“I have enough faith to know that God is working it out for my good. The tough moments are just me reaffirming my faith. Showing God that in my toughest moments, I’m still leaning on him. I’m still trusting in him. I still put my faith and hope in him. Trust in the Lord.”

“I asked God: If everything is already written in my destiny, then why should I wish? God smiled and said, ‘Maybe on some pages, I’ve written… As you wish.’ “

I don’t like being nonchalant. Why would I hide the joy God gave me?

Why aren’t you scared? The line ‘Don’t be afraid’ appears exactly 365 times in the Bible. Do not be afraid a day in your life.

Satan got Adam and Eve to focus on one fruit when God had given them a whole garden. That’s how he works. He gets you to focus on the one thing you don’t have instead of all the blessings you do. Trust that God knows what you need, and He will supply it when you need it.

One minute you don’t have it. The next, your cup is overflowing. That’s how God works. Suddenly, abundantly, and always right on time.

I asked God why he let me be in so much pain and lead me through darkness. He said, ‘It’s so you know the way out when I send you back in for someone else.’

If you prayed for it in tears. Don’t celebrate it in nightclubs and bars. Return the glory to where it belongs.
